It's been a while

Classes have started and you can already see people going crazy with study groups popping up and people complaining about the work load.

I'm one of them too.

I've got a good bit of homework up for Mecheng 211 and Math 215, and a ton of reading that needs to be done for Engin 101. Thank god my last class won't be that insane. I was up till 2 yesterday doing my ME reading and almost missed my Math lab class. I've got programming for Math. Wtf. But I'd be lying if I said that I thought my classes are boring. The 2 engineering classes are amazingly interesting and the Math one is kindda fun. Tamil is going to be absolutely side-splitting if what Hari, Bharat and Haines say is true.

As far as other activities go, I've got Ultimate Frisbee tryouts on Monday. Went for a long run today to check my fitness level because the Americans are insanely fit. My ankle is still giving me trouble though. I'd really like to get into the team. I've also signed up for ICMD, Autonomous Vehicles Engineering, and SSA. Don't know how taxing its going to be. But I think I'll be fine.



There's this funny emotion I experience every morning. I wake up, and expect to be back in my own room. And I grope around for my spectacles in the place I'd expect them to be back home, and then it strikes me that I'm not home. And I feel like crap. For just a short while.

And then I get on with my life.

December 26th couldn't get its ass over here fast enough.
